Job summary

Vertu Kia Bradford is recruiting a Service Advisor to join our established team at the Bradford dealership. A £32,000 basic salary is on offer, with a comprehensive benefits package and ongoing training opportunities.

You will manage customer relationships, communicate across the workshop, and help ensure outstanding service and customer satisfaction. Previous service-facing experience is essential in this fast-paced role.

We are offering a £32,000basic salaryplus company benefits.

The Service Advisor role is one of the most exciting and important roles in our dealership. Like us, you know that customer service isn’t just about providing a service – its about building warm, trusted relationships. The role holder acts as the relationship manager between the customer and the workshop, ensuring our customer satisfaction levels are outstanding.

You will be responsible for setting customer expectations and keeping in touch with them throughout the service or repair of their vehicle, up selling additional products and follow-up with the customer to ensure they are happy with the work carried out.

For this role, we are looking for you to have a previous customer facing service experience; this is essential for you to be considered. Customer focus, relationship maintenance and communication skills are of paramount importance, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst meeting targets and deadlines.

Previous experience within the role would be beneficial but is not essential.
