Job summary

Pembrook Resourcing LTD is seeking a Service Advisor for a dedicated aftersales team in Wokingham, Berkshire. You will welcome customers, book servicing, MOTs, diagnostics and repairs, and liaise with workshop staff to monitor progress.

The role requires strong customer service and communication skills, good organisational ability, and a valid UK driving licence. Monday–Friday, full-time, with a salary of £30,000–£38,000.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads.
• UK driving licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide a professional, friendly service.
• Book vehicles in for servicing, MOTs, diagnostics, and repairs.
• Prepare accurate estimates and explain work required in a clear, customer-friendly manner.
• Liaise with workshop technicians to monitor repair progress.
• Keep customers updated throughout the service process.
• Obtain authorisation for additional work where required.
• Produce invoices and arrange smooth vehicle handovers.
• Promote additional products and services where appropriate.
• Maintain accurate records using the dealer management system.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance with company standards.
