Perfect Placement is recruiting an experienced Service Advisor for a reputable independent car centre near Slough. This is an excellent opportunity for an automotive professional seeking stability and career development within a customer-focused environment.

The successful candidate will deliver high standards of customer service, book and schedule service and repair appointments, provide accurate estimates, and maintain service records while supporting the team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or similar role in an automotive dealership or repair environment.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Good digital literacy; familiarity with dealership management systems (DMS) preferred.
• Valid UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries, delivering a professional and friendly impression.
• Book and schedule service and repair appointments efficiently.
• Provide accurate estimates and clear explanations of work required to build trust.
• Maintain detailed digital service records with relevant customer and vehicle information.
• Foster strong customer relationships to promote repeat business.
• Upsell dealership services and additional products where appropriate.
• Support team members with additional duties as necessary.

• Competitive basic salary up to £34,000 plus performance-related bonuses, with potential total earnings of approximately £40,000
• Monday to Friday working hours from 8:30am to 5:30pm, with no requirement to work weekends
