Pembrook Resourcing is recruiting an experienced Service Advisor for a busy dealership in Basingstoke. You will be the key link between customers and the workshop, ensuring service and repair work is managed efficiently while delivering outstanding customer care.

The role offers £30,000-£34,000 base with a £42,000 OTE, ongoing training, a supportive team and clear progression within a growing business.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a busy dealership environment.
• Upselling experience advantageous.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and managing vehicle check-ins.
• Advising customers on service and repair requirements.
• Liaising closely with the workshop and technicians regarding vehicle progress.
• Keeping customers updated throughout the service process.
• Upselling additional products and services where appropriate.
• Preparing job cards, invoices, and related administration.
• Handling customer queries and resolving issues professionally.
• Ensuring excellent CSI and customer satisfaction levels are maintained.

The Role
