Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade industry.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Kerridge or Pinnacle DMS is desirable but not essential.
• Organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional attitude with high standards of work.
• Full valid UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally and provide excellent service.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and gauge customer requirements.
• Prepare repair and service quotes and advise on needed work.
• Liaise with workshop staff to ensure timely completion of repairs and services.
• Manage and log service schedules accurately.
