• Proactive attitude with a focus on upselling and achieving targets.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for all service customers, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
• Efficiently handle customer enquiries via telephone and face-to-face interactions.
• Book vehicles for service, MOT, or repairs with precise recording of all required information.
• Liaise with workshop teams to provide updates on vehicle progress.
• Clearly explain maintenance work, additional repairs, costs, and timescales to customers.
• Proactively upsell products and services, including service plans, warranties, and accessories.
• Process invoices, payments, and warranty documentation accurately.
• Manage aftersales administration, including warranty claims and follow-up calls.
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and foster customer retention.
• Ensure smooth customer journey from initial contact through to vehicle collection.

Our client, a reputable family-run main dealer in Kettering, Northampton, with over 20 years of success in the motor trade, is seeking a professional and customer-focused Service Advisor to join their friendly team.
