A well-established family-run independent garage in Maidenhead, Berkshire seeks a dedicated Service Advisor to join a busy, customer-focused team. You will deliver high-quality service while supporting workshop operations and maintaining strong customer relationships.

The role offers training and development, with Monday–Friday 8:00–17:30 hours and some flexibility, aiming to progress within the automotive industry as part of a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within the motor trade or a similar industry.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Professional and approachable demeanour.
• Familiarity with Kerridge or similar dealership management systems is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable and well-organised with a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers professionally and courteously
• Handle incoming telephone and email enquiries efficiently
• Book and manage service appointments aligned with workshop capacity
