A Service Advisor position in Worthing, West Sussex, is available at Allscreens Nationwide Ltd on behalf of our client. The role offers a basic salary up to £32,000 depending on experience with a highly competitive bonus structure bringing OTE to circa £40,000.

You will be joining a reputable dealer group with 25 days’ holiday pro-rata, private healthcare, service discounts, pension, and full training. The ideal candidate has automotive experience and a proactive, customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Approximately 12 months’ experience within an automotive Service Advisor role.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Good attitude towards work at all times.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Ideally, experience with Power DMS and RTC software.
• Knowledge of vehicles and common issues.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with customers regarding outstanding work and follow up on service plans.
• Log appointments, reservations, and MOTs accurately into the dealership database.
• Capture customer email addresses and assist in expanding the customer database.
• Deliver excellent customer service, advising on vehicle repairs and services.
• Obtain payments for work and repairs efficiently as a Service Advisor.
• Maintain communication with customers throughout the service process.
• Complete detailed job cards.
• Coordinate with sales teams to promote new and used vehicle sales.
• Manage courtesy cars and ensure proper allocation.
• Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally.
