Responsibilities

• Manage workflow for Vehicle Technicians and Mechanics, ensuring efficient scheduling and task allocation.
• Liaise between customers, workshop teams, and management to coordinate repairs and services.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, building trust and long-term relationships with clients.
• Keep customers informed on vehicle repair progress and service requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of service history and customer interactions.
• Promote additional services and products to maximise dealership revenue.

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading main dealer in Bolton for a Service Advisor position that offers an excellent career opportunity within the automotive industry. The successful Service Advisor will be integral to maintaining high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.

• Competitive basic salary starting from £27,000, with an OTE of up to £35,000
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5.30pm, with every other Saturday morning (8am-12.30pm)

Duties of a Service Advisor:
