Career Choices Dewis Gyrfa Ltd in Crewe is seeking a qualified Service Advisor to join a reputable main dealership. You will deliver excellent customer service, manage vehicle servicing and repairs, and play a key role in scheduling and estimating work.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role within the automotive industry.
• Minimum of 2 years dealership experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities

• Professionally greet customers and provide outstanding customer service.
• Book vehicles in for servicing, maintenance, and repairs ensuring accurate scheduling.
• Keep customers informed regarding vehicle progress and explain repair recommendations.
• Liaise effectively with workshop staff to ensure timely job completion.
• Prepare accurate estimates and handle customer inquiries professionally.
• Promote additional products and services to maximise dealership revenue.
• Complete all administrative paperwork and update digital records meticulously.
