Duties of the Service Advisor:
- Greet customers warmly and maintain professional, friendly communication throughout their service visit
- Keep customers informed about vehicle repair and maintenance progress
- Develop and maintain technical product knowledge through manufacturer-led training
- Promote additional services and repairs based on technician recommendations
- Schedule vehicle appointments efficiently and accurately
- Conduct pre-appointment calls to confirm bookings and address customer questions
- Maintain accurate customer records within management systems
- Uphold high standards of customer service and the dealership's brand reputation
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry or in a similar customer service role
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Ability to identify customer needs and upsell services effectively
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Target-driven mindset with a record of achieving sales or service goals
- Valid UK driving licence
