Job summary

Perfect Placement in Portsmouth, Hampshire, is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join their high-performing automotive service team. This role centers on delivering outstanding customer care within a renowned dealership and supporting a comprehensive service operation.

You will be the main point of contact for customers, schedule repairs, maintain detailed records, promote additional services to maximise revenue, and build long-term relationships through excellent service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor in automotive.
• Familiarity with Kerridge/Keyloop/RTC is advantageous.
• A valid UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout their service experience.
• Efficiently schedule vehicle repairs and services with clear communication to customers and workshop personnel.
• Maintain accurate and detailed customer records within company systems.
• Promote additional services and repairs based on technician recommendations to maximise workshop revenue.
• Provide regular, transparent updates to customers regarding vehicle progress.
• Develop product knowledge through manufacturer-led training sessions.
• Build long-term customer relationships by delivering exceptional service.
