The role includes managing the complete customer journey, booking and MOT handling, accurate estimates, and liaising between customers and workshop staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Service Advisor in a franchise or independent garage.
• Good understanding of vehicle servicing, repairs, and MOT procedures.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
• IT-literate, with the ability to adapt to management systems.
• Hold a full, clean UK driving license.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire customer journey from booking through to vehicle handover.
• Handle service, repair, and MOT bookings efficiently and accurately.
• Prepare detailed job cards, estimates, and repair authorisations.
• Liaise effectively between customers and workshop technicians.
• Provide regular updates, explanations, and advice to customers.
• Coordinate parts ordering and communicate with suppliers.
• Process invoices, payments, and warranty claims.
• Maintain a professional, welcoming reception and waiting area.
