ACS Automotive Recruitment is recruiting for a Service Advisor at a leading franchised main dealership in Swanley, Kent. You will greet customers, advise on service and repairs, book workshops, and liaise with technicians to ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years in a main dealership, strong vehicle knowledge, and excellent communication. The role is Mon-Fri 8am-6pm with 1 in 3 Saturdays, offering £31k-£32k base and OTE £40k-£45k.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Service Advisor within a main dealership.
• Strong technical understanding of vehicles and service processes.
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
• Professional, well-presented, and highly organised.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Greet and advise customers on all service and repair requirements.
