Monday Matters Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor for a well-established car dealership in Tunbridge Wells, Kent. The role focuses on acting as the link between customers and the workshop, delivering clear service options, accurate estimates, and a smooth, customer-focused experience.

We offer a circa £33k basic salary plus bonus, Monday to Friday 8am-5:30pm with one in three Saturday mornings, and the chance to join a reputable brand in a role that rewards professionalism

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers promptly and courteously, understanding their vehicle needs and concerns.
• Adsorbing vehicle issues, providing clear explanations, and offering suitable service options.
• Booking appointments and managing workshop schedules efficiently.
• Preparing service plans, estimates, and billing details accurately and transparently.
• Ensuring all work is completed within agreed timescales and to a high standard.
• Maintaining detailed and up-to-date customer records and vehicle history.
• Building long-term customer relationships through excellent communication and service follow-up.
