Job summary

The Solution Automotive Limited is seeking an experienced Service Advisor in Wimbledon to act as the key link between customers and the workshop, guiding bookings through to vehicle handover and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

The role requires at least 1 year of main dealer experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong customer service background. 42.5 hours weekly, with occasional Saturdays, and a starting salary of £32,200 plus a performance bonus and benefits.

The Role

As a Service Advisor, you will be the key link between customers and the workshop, ensuring every customer receives an outstanding experience from booking through to vehicle handover.

Key responsibilities

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate

• A minimum of 1 year's main dealer Service Advisor experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience within a customer service or sales environment
• Drive, commitment and enthusiasm
• The ability to work as part of a team while taking ownership of customer relationships
• A proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service
• Residence within a commutable distance of Wimbledon
