Job summary

ACS Automotive Recruitment is seeking a customer-focused Service Advisor for a busy franchised main dealership in Sidcup, Kent. The role involves greeting customers, booking vehicles into the workshop, handling technical queries, and liaising between the workshop and service management to ensure smooth progress.

Basic salary £31,000–£32,000 with OTE £40,000–£45,000, working Mon-Fri 8am–6pm and 1 in 3 Saturdays 8am–1pm.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year's experience as a Service Advisor within a main dealership.
• Strong technical understanding of vehicles and service processes.
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
• Professional, well-presented, and highly organised.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Committed to delivering a first-class dealership experience.

Responsibilities
