Perfect Placement represents a reputable franchised main car dealership in Exeter seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join a friendly, professional team. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the dealership's growth in a busy automotive environment.

Benefits include a competitive basic salary up to £30,000 with an OTE of approximately £35,000, Monday to Friday hours from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and only one in three Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar role within a franchised dealership preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of automotive products and service procedures.
• Friendly and professional attitude, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and discussing their vehicle service requirements.
• Estimating repair costs and explaining work needed to customers.
• Liaising effectively between customers and the workshop team to ensure smooth workflow.
• Upselling additional services where appropriate.
• Managing workshop bookings and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed customer records.
