Job summary

Pembrook Resourcing LTD in Staines-upon-Thames is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join a busy Aftersales team. You will manage customer bookings, liaise with the workshop, and keep customers updated from intake to completion, ensuring a smooth journey for every client.

The role offers Monday–Friday hours, a generous benefits package, and progression opportunities within Aftersales. Salary is £30,000–£34,500 BASIC plus £30 per service plan, with 33 days annual leave and ongoing career

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Confidence discussing vehicle repairs and costs with customers.
• Ability to manage multiple customers and priorities.
• Professional, organised and customer-focused approach.
