Job summary

Pembrook Resourcing in Staines-upon-Thames is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join an established Aftersales team. You will handle customer bookings, liaise with the workshop, and keep customers updated from drop-off to completion.

This Monday-Friday role offers a strong basic salary up to £34,500, plus £30 for each service plan sold, 33 days of annual leave, and clear opportunities for career progression within a busy automotive environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Confidence discussing vehicle repairs and costs with customers.
• Good understanding of Aftersales and workshop processes.
• Ability to manage multiple customers and priorities.
• Professional, organised and customer-focused approach.
