Job summary

ASI Recruitment is seeking a Service Advisor for a reputable main dealer in Crawley. This role offers a Monday-Friday pattern (8:00am-5:30pm) with no weekends and a realistic bonus potential.

You will be the key link between customers and the workshop, handling bookings, advising on servicing and repairs, and delivering a first-class customer experience. You'll prepare accurate job cards and estimates, liaise closely with technicians, and keep customers updated through the repair process.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor in a main dealer or automotive environment.
• Confident with customers and able to manage a busy workload while maintaining high service levels.
• Commercial awareness and strong customer-facing skills.

The Role

As a Service Advisor, you'll be the key link between customers and the workshop, ensuring every customer receives a first-class experience from vehicle check-in through to collection.

About You
