The Role: Automotive Service Advisor

As a Service Advisor, you'll be the main point of contact between customers and the workshop, ensuring every customer receives a professional, friendly and efficient service experience.

You’ll take responsibility for managing customer bookings, coordinating workshop activity and identifying opportunities to maximise customer satisfaction and aftersales revenue.
