Octane Recruitment Ltd seeks an experienced Service Advisor to join a main dealership in Leamington Spa. You will greet customers, manage service and repair bookings, and coordinate with technicians to keep customers informed throughout the process.

Applicants must have prior main dealership experience, strong communication skills and a focus on excellent customer service. Working hours are Monday to Friday, with a performance bonus and no weekend shifts.

• Experience managing vehicle servicing and repair bookings.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and manage service/repair enquiries.
• Coordinate workshop bookings and service appointments.
• Liaise with Vehicle Technicians and Workshop Controller.
• Explain repair recommendations, costs and completion times to customers.
• Prepare accurate job cards, invoices and service documentation.
• Deliver excellent customer service and support Aftersales targets.

Description du poste

We are recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor, Aftersales Advisor or Automotive Service Advisor to join a main dealership in Leamington Spa. Applicants must have previous main dealership Service Advisor experience and be confident managing customers throughout the vehicle servicing and repair process.

Location: Leamington Spa, Warwickshire

Hours: Monday to Friday, approximately 8:30am – 5:30pm (TBC)
