Job summary

ASI Recruitment Ltd in Portsmouth is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join a dealership's aftersales team. You will be the main point of contact for customers from service to repair, keeping them informed and delivering a first-class experience.

Basic salary is £31,018 with an OTE of £40,000–£42,000; 33 days leave, pension, discounts, and wellbeing benefits are included. Flexible working options may be available.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working in a target-driven environment.
• Excellent organisation skills with the ability to manage priorities.
• The confidence to recommend additional products and services.
• A full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and providing a professional, friendly service.

• Keeping customers updated on vehicle progress and any additional requirements.
