Job summary

Pembrook Resourcing in Epsom is recruiting an experienced Service Advisor for a busy automotive dealership. You will be the vital link between customers and the workshop, handling bookings, enquiries and estimates to keep operations running smoothly.

The role offers a strong basic salary of £30,000–£34,000 with realistic earnings up to £42,000 OTE, and a Monday–Friday, 8:00am–6:00pm schedule, plus 1 in 3 Saturday mornings.

Qualifications

• Previous Service Advisor / Aftersales experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Good understanding of workshop processes.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Booking vehicles into the workshop.
• Taking ownership of customer enquiries and requirements.
• Preparing accurate job cards and estimates.
• Liaising closely with Technicians and the Workshop.
• Keeping customers updated throughout the repair process.
• Upselling additional work where appropriate.
• Managing customer expectations and resolving issues professionally.
• Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Ensuring vehicles are ready for collection on time.
• Working towards departmental targets and KPIs.

The Role

As a Service Advisor, you'll be the key link between customers and the workshop, ensuring every customer receives an exceptional experience from booking through to vehicle collection.
