Job summary

Autotech-Recruit-Limited is recruiting an experienced Automotive Service Advisor for roles across Aldershot and surrounding areas. This permanent, full-time position offers a base salary of £30,000–£35,000 plus bonus, with opportunities for progression within established dealership groups and independent automotive businesses.

You will welcome customers, manage service journeys from booking to collection, liaise with technicians, prepare estimates and invoices, and promote additional products

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor or Aftersales Advisor in automotive.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organised.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and managing their service journey from booking through to vehicle collection.
• Booking vehicles in for servicing, repairs, and maintenance work.
• Liaising with technicians and workshop teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Keeping customers updated on vehicle progress, timescales, and additional work required.
• Preparing estimates and invoices accurately.
• Promoting additional products and services where appropriate.
• Delivering outstanding customer service at every stage of the process.
• Maintaining accurate records and updating dealership systems.
