Job summary

Holden Group in Norwich is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to be the pivotal link between customers and the workshop, ensuring a smooth, transparent service experience. You will greet customers, identify needs, and coordinate servicing, MOTs and repairs with the workshop team.

The ideal candidate has automotive service advisory experience, excellent communication and IT skills, and a calm, customer-focused approach under pressure.

Qualifications

• Experience as an automotive service advisor.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Calm, professional, and customer-first approach.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good IT and administrative skills.
• A full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and identifying their service or repair needs.
• Booking vehicles in for servicing, MOTs, and repairs.
• Providing accurate and clear updates to customers throughout the day.
• Liaising with technicians to ensure work is completed correctly and on time.
• Producing detailed job cards, invoices, and service documentation.
• Upselling additional products and services where appropriate.
• Ensuring all customer interactions deliver a premium brand experience.
• Handling customer queries and resolving issues professionally.
