The successful candidate will have recent dealership experience, strong IT skills (Keyloop preferred), and a valid UK driving license with minimal points; a structured training program and career development are provided.

Responsibilities

• Managing customer workloads and scheduling in a busy dealership environment
• Liaising extensively with workshop teams to chase work in progress and update customers
• Delivering excellent customer service through strong communication skills, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Up-selling additional products and services where appropriate
• Managing customer deadlines efficiently to meet department targets
• Operating in a fast-paced environment with between 10 and 12 customer meetings per day
• Maintaining accurate records and adhering to dealership policies and procedures
• Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations
