• Strong organisational and IT skills, with experience using Keyloop preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
• Valid UK driving licence with minimal points.
• Ability to work efficiently within a team and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Managing customer workloads and scheduling in a busy dealership environment.
• Liaising extensively with workshop teams to chase work in progress and update customers.
• Delivering excellent customer service through strong communication skills, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Up‑selling additional products and services where appropriate.
• Managing customer deadlines efficiently to meet department targets.
• Operating in a fast‑paced environment with between 10 and 12 customer meetings per day.
• Maintaining accurate records and adhering to dealership policies and procedures.
• Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
