Hartwell Automotive Group in Hemel Hempstead is seeking a Service Advisor to join our team representing Ford and Geely. If you are customer-focused with strong communication, this role offers a clear path to grow within a bustling workshop.

You will greet customers, schedule service appointments, liaise with technicians, explain repairs and costs, and manage bookings and records. Training is provided, with opportunities to upsell services and develop product knowledge.
