Qualifications

• Experience in a service advisor role (automotive preferred).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic technical knowledge of vehicles (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide exceptional service.
• Schedule and manage vehicle service appointments.
• Liaise between customers and technicians.
• Explain repair work and costs clearly.
• Upsell additional services when appropriate.
• Ensure a smooth and efficient workshop flow.
• Coordinate work schedules and progress updates with technicians.
• Manage booking systems, job cards, invoicing, and records.
