Job summary

The Solution Automotive Limited in Carlisle is seeking an experienced Service Advisor for a franchised motor dealership. The role is 42.5 hours per week, Mon-Fri 9am-6pm with Saturdays 8am-1pm on a 1 in 2 basis. Salary from £29,879 DOE, plus a bonus and excellent benefits.

You will join a supportive aftersales team, delivering great customer service and advising on maintenance and repair requirements. This is a long‑term career opportunity within a respected automotive group.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of main dealer Service Advisor experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience within a customer service or sales environment.
• Drive, commitment and enthusiasm.
• The ability to work as part of a team while taking ownership of customer relationships.
• A proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service.
• Residence within a commutable distance of Carlisle.
