We are looking for a candidate who prides themselves on great customer service and building customer loyalty within a busy franchised automotive dealership.
As a Service Advisor you will be one of the first team members that customers encounter either in person or on the telephone when organising post‑sale care for their car; and, therefore, you are core to ensuring that customers receive a truly personal, professional experience and positively promoting our company and brand.
It is important that you are adept at remaining calm under pressure; are professional and efficient; have excellent interpersonal communication skills; and understand the importance of coordinating effectively within a team environment.
As part of your role, we want to empower you with the knowledge to assist customers along a seamless journey of vehicle ownership. We will support you with ongoing product training and manufacturer specialist knowledge.
