Perfect Placement UK Ltd, on behalf of a well-established family-run car garage in Horley, Surrey, is seeking a Service Advisor to deliver outstanding customer service and ensure smooth front-of-house operations.

You will handle incoming calls, manage bookings, raise job cards, and assist the Aftersales Manager, contributing to a positive team atmosphere and professional service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role within the motor trade.
• Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Polite and professional telephone manner

Responsibilities
