Job summary

Confidential Automotive is seeking a Service Advisor in Walton-on-Thames to be the key link between customers and the workshop, ensuring a professional and efficient experience from initial contact to vehicle collection.

This full-time, permanent role offers 42 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:00am–5:30pm plus Saturday shifts on a rota. Salary is £32,000 basic plus bonus, with generous benefits and ongoing career development.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor or in automotive customer-facing role.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of computer systems.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.
• Full UK driving licence advantageous.
• Automotive/dealership experience preferred.

THE ROLE

ABOUT YOU

We're looking for someone who has:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar automotive customer-facing role
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Good knowledge of computer systems
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• The ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
• A confident and professional manner
• Good attention to detail
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• A proactive approach to customer service
• A full UK driving licence would be advantageous
• Automotive/dealership experience is preferred, particularly where you've worked closely with workshop teams and customers, but the key requirement is the ability to deliver a consistently high level of customer service.
