Perfect Placement is seeking an experienced Service Advisor for a reputable Walton-on-Thames dealership. You will manage bookings, communicate vehicle health findings, and process orders with a focus on customer satisfaction.

The role suits experienced Service Advisors or trainees with motor trade knowledge, offering ongoing training and career development. Benefits include a competitive £32,000 base with a potential £6,000 bonus, an approximate £38,000 OTE, a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 am

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor or customer-focused Parts Sales Advisor in a franchised dealership or independent garage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
• Knowledge of Kerridge and RTC software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• A valid UK driving licence is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer bookings and vehicle repair processes to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Conduct vehicle health checks and communicate findings clearly to customers.
• Process customer orders and returns accurately and promptly.
• Answer customer calls, providing excellent service and technical advice.
• Log and report stock discrepancies to the Parts Manager.
• Complete administrative duties accurately and within deadlines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and manage expectations professionally.

We are currently seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join a reputable dealership located in Walton on Thames. Our client is open to applications from both experienced Service Advisors and Trainee Service Advisors who possess a solid understanding of the Motor Trade.
