Job summary

Octane Recruitment Ltd is recruiting an experienced Service Advisor for a busy dealership in Epsom. The role requires automotive service/advisory experience, Kerridge DMS knowledge, and a valid UK driving licence with the right to work in the UK.

Salary is £32,028.84 basic plus bonus. Hours are 45.5 per week, Mon-Fri 8:00–18:00 with 1 hour lunch, one 6:30pm finish weekly, Saturday 8:00–13:00 on a rota as overtime. Reference: 31616.

Qualifications

• Must have previous automotive service advisor or aftersales experience.
• Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and confirm servicing and repair requirements.
• Keep customers updated throughout the repair process.
• Provide repair estimates and relevant information.
• Liaise with the workshop to maintain workflow, profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Raise repair orders and ensure work is completed to schedule.
• Produce invoices and coordinate subcontracted repairs.
• Maintain customer and vehicle records using Kerridge DMS.
• Support warranty administration and documentation.

We are recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor, Aftersales Advisor, Service Receptionist or Service Team Advisor to join a busy dealership in Epsom. Applicants must have previous automotive Service Advisor or aftersales experience, Kerridge DMS knowledge, a Full UK Driving Licence and the right to work in the UK.

Salary: £32,028.84 basic + bonus

Hours: 45.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday 8:00am-6:00pm with a 1-hour unpaid lunch. One 6:30pm finish per week with an early finish in return

Saturdays: 8:00am-1:00pm on a rota, paid as overtime
