You will communicate with workshop teams, explain technical work to customers, maintain accurate records, and support the smooth operation of the service department. A full UK driving licence and customer-focused approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade or equivalent customer-facing automotive position
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Professional appearance with a customer service-driven approach
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Motivated, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
• Full UK driving licence is essential
• Knowledge of automotive service processes and systems is preferred
