You will greet customers professionally, book vehicles in for servicing and repairs, keep customers informed on progress, liaise with workshop staff to ensure timely completion, prepare accurate estimates, and promote

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Service Advisor or similar customer service role within the automotive industry.
• Minimum of 2 years dealership experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and multitasking skills.
• Confident with computer systems and software.
• Full UK driving licence desirable.
• Right to work in the UK.
