• Liaise extensively with the workshop team to monitor work in progress and ensure timely updates to customers.
• Manage customer appointments and service deadlines efficiently.
• Up-sell additional products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue.
• Coordinate with the manufacturer to authorise warranty repairs and follow warranty procedures.
• Ensure high levels of customer service are maintained at all times.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, supporting workload management and ensuring operational efficiency.

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable franchise-approved car dealership based in Trowbridge, seeking a Vehicle Service Advisor to join their team. This Service Advisor role offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits package, ideal for skilled professionals looking to develop their career within the automotive sector.

• Basic salary up to £28,588 per annum, increasing after probation completion
• Performance-related bonus, with on-target earnings of £32,000 to £33,000 annually
• 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, on a split shift rota (8:00am-5:00pm or 8:30am-5:30pm)
