Job summary

An Automotive Main Dealership in the Bullamoor area is seeking a high-performing Service Advisor to assist in their busy Service Department. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and a strong ability to upsell on service work. You will be responsible for communicating with customers about vehicle repairs, producing job cards, updating records, and preparing invoices. A basic salary of up to £30,000 is offered, with potential OTE of £35,000. This position offers full systems training and a supportive environment.

• Experience within a Service Advisor role is required.

We are currently advertising on behalf of an Automotive Main Dealership who are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor to assist in their busy Service Department in the Northallerton area.

Our Motor Trade Client is seeking a Service Advisor who is high performing and can provide only the best level of customer service.

• A working experience within a Service Advisor role

Duties

• Professionally communicate with customers about service and repair work required on their vehicle
• Produce Job Cards on in-house computer systems
• Update Customers and Vehicle Records
• Prepare and complete Invoices
• Advise Customer on estimated costs of repairs and timescales of work due to be completed
• Other Ad-Hoc Duties as the role requires
