Job summary

Vertu Land Rover Nelson is seeking a Service Advisor to join our Aftersales team in a premium dealership environment. The role offers a basic salary up to £35,000 with an OTE up to £39,800 and a range of benefits, including generous holiday entitlement and retailer discounts.

About the role

As a Service Advisor, you'll be the face of our aftersales experience - ensuring every customer receives a seamless, professional and premium service from start to finish.

You'll act as the key link between our customers and workshop, keeping everything running smoothly while building lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing customer bookings and setting clear expectations

What we're looking for
