Job summary

Vertu Land Rover Truro is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our busy aftersales team, delivering professional and friendly service to customers while ensuring a smooth journey from drop-off to collection. You will manage service bookings, advise on servicing and repairs, keep customers informed throughout the process and work closely with technicians to identify solutions that add value.

A UK driving licence is required.

About the Role

As a Service Advisor, you'll be the key link between our customers and workshop team, ensuring every customer receives a professional, efficient and enjoyable experience from start to finish.

You'll be responsible for managing customer enquiries, coordinating service and repair work, and ensuring customers are kept informed throughout their vehicle's journey. Your ability to communicate clearly, build trust and deliver exceptional service will play a vital role in maintaining our high customer satisfaction standards.
