Job summary

Vertu Land Rover Truro is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our aftersales team. You will be the key link between customers and workshop, ensuring a professional, efficient and enjoyable experience from start to finish.

You will manage customer enquiries, coordinate service and repair work, keep customers informed, and build relationships. A UK driving licence is required and training and progression are available through the Vertu group.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor industry.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• The ability to build strong customer relationships and provide a first-class experience.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• A proactive and positive attitude.
• A full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and managing service bookings
• Providing advice on vehicle servicing, maintenance and repair work
• Keeping customers updated throughout the service and repair process
• Liaising closely with technicians and workshop colleagues
• Identifying and recommending relevant products and services that add value for customers

• Following up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction
