Job summary

Vertu Land Rover Bolton is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join its Aftersales team, representing a premium brand and delivering a seamless, professional customer experience from intake to completion.

The role focuses on managing bookings, communicating with customers, upselling where appropriate, and building lasting relationships while supporting workshop operations.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry.
• Full UK driving licence (manual and automatic).
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport.
• Proactive, organised approach in a fast-paced environment.

About the role

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the face of our aftersales experience – ensuring every customer receives a seamless, professional and premium service from start to finish.

You’ll act as the key link between our customers and workshop, keeping everything running smoothly while building lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities:
