Qualifications

  • Working experience within a Service Advisor role.
  • Full UK driving license held for at least 6 months with fewer than 9 penalty points.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience from greeting to departure.
  • Professionally communicate with customers about service and repair work.
  • Produce Job Cards on in-house computer systems.
  • Update Customers and Vehicle Records.
  • Prepare and complete Invoices.
  • Advise Customer on estimated costs of repairs.

Our Motor Trade Client is seeking a Service Advisor(Hybrid Role - On-site and Remote) who is high performing and can provide only the best level of customer service.

Requirements

For your hard work, our client is offering a salary of up to £28,000 with OTE of circa £35,000.
