Job summary

The Recruitment Solution is actively recruiting for a Service Advisor for a Belfast-based dealership. You will greet customers at the service reception, book in vehicles and coordinate with workshop to progress jobs. The role requires main dealer experience, strong customer service and administrative skills, with Kerridge experience preferred.

RTC and One Link knowledge would be a plus. Offering a market leading salary of £38k–£40k per year plus benefits, plus an industry leading bonus scheme

• Experience in a main dealer environment is required.
• Excellent customer service and administrative skills are essential.
• Kerridge experience is advantageous.
• Experience with RTC and One Link would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Meeting and greeting customers at the service reception.
• Booking in vehicles and raising/closing job cards.
• Gaining authorisations for work and liaising with the workshop.
• Arranging courtesy cars using One Link and handling invoicing.

Service Advisor Requirements:

• You will be responsible for meeting and greeting customers into the service reception
• Booking in vehicles
• Raising and closing job cards
• Gaining authorisations for work to be carried out
• Liaising with the workshop in regards to work in progress
• Arranging courtesy cars using the one link system
• Costing, invoicing, customer handovers and up-selling.
