Job summary

The Recruitment Solution is assisting a dealership in the Staines area to recruit a Service Advisor. The role offers a market-leading salary of £40,000+ OTE with attractive benefits and uncapped earning potential.

Ideal candidates will have main dealer experience, excellent customer service and admin skills, and Kerridge experience. RTC and One Link knowledge would be a distinct advantage in this busy service reception environment.

Qualifications

• Main dealer experience is required or highly preferred.
• Excellent customer service and administration skills are essential.
• Kerridge experience is highly beneficial; RTC and One Link knowledge are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers at service reception.
• Book in vehicles for service.
• Raise and close job cards; obtain authorisations for work.
• Liaise with workshop regarding work in progress.
• Arrange courtesy cars using the One Link system.
• Costing, invoicing, customer handovers and upselling.

Service Advisor Requirements:

• You will be responsible for meeting and greeting customers into the service reception
• Booking in vehicles
• Raising and closing job cards
• Gaining authorisations for work to be carried out
