Job summary

The Recruitment Solution invites applications for a Service Advisor role in a successful Surrey dealership. You will welcome customers at the service reception, book in vehicles, and manage job cards while liaising with the workshop to ensure smooth progress.

Ideal candidates have main dealer service experience and strong customer service and administrative skills. Experience with Kerridge, RTC or One Link is a plus, and you will contribute to up-selling and efficient service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in a main dealer environment.
• Excellent customer service and administration skills.
• Familiarity with Kerridge, RTC and One Link is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Service Advisor Requirements:

• You will be responsible for meeting and greeting customers into the service reception
• Booking in vehicles
• Raising and closing job cards
• Gaining authorisations for work to be carried out
• Liaising with the workshop in regards to work in progress
• Arranging courtesy cars using the one link system
• Costing, invoicing, customer handovers and up-selling.
