Job summary

The Recruitment Solution is seeking a Service Advisor in Peterborough. You will welcome customers at the service reception, book in vehicles, raise and close job cards, and obtain authorisations for work. You will liaise with the workshop and arrange courtesy cars via One Link.

Upselling and accurate invoicing are key parts of the role. Ideal candidates will have main dealer experience and excellent customer service, with administration skills to support a busy service department.

Qualifications

• Main dealer experience is highly desirable.
• Excellent customer service skills with ability to upsell.
• Strong administration abilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers entering the service reception.
• Book in vehicles and manage job cards.
• Raise and close authorisations for work.
• Liaise with workshop on progress and updates.
• Arrange courtesy cars using the One Link system.
• Costing, invoicing, customer handovers and upselling.

Service Advisor Requirements
